Went to the woods with my wife, originally to get familiar with our new area. We came back with an awesome amount of mushrooms, mainly the delicious and valued (therefore hard to find, because other people pick it) Boletus edulis. Cutting thin slices and drying it since yesterday, already filled several batches in the dehydrator. Great stuff for soups and sauces. Will "trade" some with my family, which is currently knee-deep in plums and processnig them - drying, canning, of course also roasting to make "povidla" (which you may know as powidl).
