That's why I'm getting 2 or 3 @ 0.99 lb. pork butts tomorrow. I haven't seen that price or even the cuts of meat in over a year.

Bought the kiddo a youth model single shot .22. She's obviously a few years too young but the damn thing is just hilarious. It's about 31" overall and has a 2x scope and bipod.

Actually a darn good survival rifle. Even has a threaded barrel. When she outgrows it it might go in the car.

Picked up more ramen yesterday, along with some mayo and a few other items.
I try not to keep a lot of mayo and dressing type stuff as the best by dates are usually only about a year. Mayo, mustard, ranch.
On the ranch, I keep a lot of the dry mix on hand for LT, instead of the ready to use ranch. I figure that should last a lot time. And we don't use the dry mix unless we run out of the other.

Canned 14 pint jars of potatoes this morning. Checked the supply of mayo and prepared mustard. I need to start eating more sandwiches and making tater salad. Got 2 unopened large jars mustard and some in the frig.

Added some items to the storeroom.

We always add, every time we shop. That builds the supplies.
We also use ours as a working storeroom.

Had to make a pharmacy run so picked up some items I needed to make sauce for my canned pulled pork and free eggs that will get dehydrated. Had coupons for all the stuff so saved a bunch of money to.

Got the last of 24 qts. of vegetable/meat soup processing. Looking at next week's weather forecast probably Mon-Wed will be pretty wet. Good time to dehydrate eggs I think.

Tomorrow I'm planning on the pork I have cooked and cut up. It's just relaxing in the frig. Might as well put it to work. That is why I've been messing with the chicken bouillon this morning, don't want to use my chicken stock for this nor do I want to use water.
