As a matter of full disclosure, I once placed a substancial order w/
www.batteryspace.com & UPS delivered it to the wrong address. Using the tracking info, I discovered that it was delivered to a neighborhood hardware store.
I contacted both UPS & Battery space.
Long story - short. Battery space sent a replacement order out that same day, The hardware store gave me my package, after opening it up & seeing the contents. (battery chargers & batteries in resale packaging)
I recontacted Battery space & told them that I now had a double order & would be sending one back.
They said to keep it as it was more hassle to restock ect.
They'll have a satisfied customer for life
