Anyone here take their BOB, water loaded, for test marches? I'm starting on the 18th as both a form of energy systems work as a part of my training program and to get an idea of what a 1 hour up and down hill march feels like with gear on. As i get used to it I'm adding weight with a weight vest to simulate a bug out load out.
Just curious if anyone integrates their preping into their strength and conditioning programming.
