Hi guy/gals,
I could of messed up and thats fine you cant learn without trying. lol I made mead March 1st. I put raisins and strawberries in it and forgot about it until the other day. I filtered it all out using coffee filters and then I read that will turn it into vinegar because of all the extra air exposure. I should of used a siphon? Makes since because the coffee filters clogged to quick and took forever. It seems really strong still. I used lalvin K1-1116 yeast. That I already had for when I was playing with toilet type wine. lol
