Another server reboot: Short outage Friday 12/28/18

On Fri 12/28/18 around 10 AM Pacific / 1 PM Eastern, Archer and I will be restarting both of Jack's servers in order to update some system software.

Usually this takes everything offline for about 5 minutes.

We dropped it some months back -- ditto for the forum sponsor ads (except for Doom & Bloom who prepaid for a long period).  Too much bookkeeping effort (and Paypal fees) for the amount we were bringing in.
