As many people, but a little slower moving.  I think there's a difference from people being excited about grabbing a big screen TV 50% off, compared to grabbing whatever food is available out of desperation

I agree on the excited and desperation thing.

Real world experiences, like yours, is a good thing to see and prep for.
Makes a guy think about his own conditions/preps.
