The wiring looked a tad thin for the inverter,then again you may not have high power AC in mind. The overall project looks great. Others might built on a movers dolly for indoor /concrete use..The wagon allows for outdoor use and easy mobility and I hadn't thought that way but is also a good choice. I like the marine mount radio,great addition.

The only thing wrong ,I see, is I don't have one like it.

I had two GC2 bank (before I fried them) installed inside a flip-top crate on a type of movers dolly, but the casters would get stuck in the grout between the tiles in the house, and it was difficult to move from the house to the outside.

I have this vague concept of a 6-8 GC2 bank installed on a kind of three wheel cart (two large diameter fixed wheels in back, smaller steering caster in front, with the weight carried low and towards the rear) that could be pushed on flat ground and pulled up over a 3-4" threshold, like pulling someone backwards up stairs in a wheelchair, allowing movement between the house/garage/patio/driveway.  I've never really found the right cart, though.

My original plan was for a 6 GC2 system.  When I placed all 6 batteries on the cart, it was too heavy.  Even though the cart is rated for 1000 lbs, 450 lbs was too hard to pull outside and the cart flexed a lot.  Even with 4 batteries, I built a frame around the batteries with some angle iron bolted to the deck to stiffen it up.

I'd guess that a salvaged motor from an electric wheelchair would do the job. The controls could be salvaged from the chair too.
