wanted to share my positive experience with gunvault.

i bought two N300s for my cars. got them and they worked great. then one of the safe's lock froze on me (luckily in the open position so a gun wasn't stuck in it). i'm not really sure what happened since the code i set it to worked several times. to be sure i didn't goof i even went through all 1000 combination options during a TV show before i called them.

i called gunvault and the rep on the phone was great and really nice. i explained what happened and he didn't BS me at all. he said a replacement safe was on the way free of charge and there would be a shipping label to send my defective safe back. he quoted 4-6 weeks arrival time but it came in three.

i shipped back the old safe and now i have a safe in both cars again. makes me feel good.
