Love the concept of a hanging tent. But then again I always liked treehouses...
Not sure how practical it would be, however, except for environments where ground tents are not feasible and hammocks are either unsuitable or not preferred.

I have a Hennessy hammock - great ultralight and comfortable shelter/bedroll.

Personal Jacket Tent,.. well good to know that there is already one out there... this was another one of my ideas I have had in my mind to try to make.. damn.. Looks interesting though..
I have a hammock tent.. I've not used it yet as I can't seem to find the right number of trees close enough together to put it up..
