Fava bean recipe

 You can make hommus with fava beans ? I guess so, I see that listed on the web. That's a new one for me.

Fava seems like one of the easiest things to grow other than they take up a fair amount of space and rabbits / woodchucks seem to eat them

I finished my Fava bean salad based upon a hummus recipe. Cooked and mashed + salt, cayenne, oilive oil, lemon juice, chopped celery, garlic & onion. These were dried Fava beans, not fresh. How did it turn out? *****

Carver:
My second batch of hummus today with some variations. I husked the fava beans and added equal amount of garbanzos. After those were cooked to a smooth consistency and still hot I added some of the ghee I had made. When it cools I will add garlic, onion, oil, lemon juice, salt & cayenne.
