Jack's Salt Steak in Cast iron Instructions?

Help!  What episode does Jack describe how to do this????

Pretty sure it was 2017 or later, but I can't find it.  It might not have been a "scheduled" discussion...

Carver:
Lately with some thick cuts of meat, pork butt, turkey thighs, I salt them the day before and grill over a roaring fire. After they look good I finish them in a camp oven ending up with a nice fire roasted flavor and tender and moist inside. Today it is turkey thighs. After I take them off the grill and before I put them in the cast iron oven I will brush on a marinade with cayenne, brown sugar and typical.
