EDC lumbar pack with sling straps

I'm looking for an EDC bag/pack to carry from the house to the car and to work.  I really like the Maxipedition Devil Dog but it believe it's out of production.  Here is what I am looking for:

- lumbar pack (basically a fanny pack);
- pistol compartment
- 2-3 compartments for EDC stuff; maybe a water bottle
- straps for attachment to convert from lumbar to "sling" bag

I'm not interested in the Versipack or Fatboy from Maxipedition because their mainly slingbags or murses.

Mountainsmith has a lot of lumbar packs with many of the features you describe. I don't think they will have a designated pistol compartment, but I have used a pocket in one of mine as such.
