Damaged goods grocery stores

Hey Milwaukee area! I saw the below post and remembered the article from a while ago. I have looked around and have never seen one of these stores locally. I find it hard to believe there are none near a large city like Milwaukee. The two listed are two hours from me.

Anybody know of any stores like this locally? Localish?

I'm in Chicago often enough but see none down there either...
