Morning Sunshine:
I just saw this, and filled out the survey to STOP DST.  Help us get rid of this terrible tradition :)

Yup, signed that last week and added my opinion in the comments section. If you think it's annoying up north, try living a few miles from the AZ border & see how that screws everything up.  ::) Stoopit, stoopit, stoopit idea; needs to go away.

I like DST.  Maybe we should just stay on DST.  Is it simply changing clocks twice a year that you dislike about it?

yes it is the changing thing.  MDT or MST, pick one and leave it!  gotta say though, that if we picked MDT, we would be the same as Central half the year, and that might get confusing as Colorado is between us and Central time.  MST would stick us with AZ and PDT.

I heard one suggestion that we move everything 30 min right in between the two and call it good.

Either way there would be a difference, but IMO 1 hour difference would be easier to calculate and remember than 30 minutes.

Example:  It's 10:19 here and 11:19 there (very easy), versus 10:49 there.
