Short outage Sunday 4/16/17 for server reboot

Some time around 11AM-1PM(ish) PDT on Sunday 4/16, Archer and I will be rebooting Jack's servers.  Expect a short (we hope!) outage on the forum plus many of Jack's other sites.

No, I think I remembered that around 4AM today, but for some reason I failed to get out of bed and do it. 8)
