Virginia hard at work to restrict guns. You might have thought with the threat of societal collapse with coronavirus that people wouldn’t want to see more restrictions

Never let a crisis go to waste.

I expect to see MANY new laws and restrictions to our liberties put into effect during this crisis.

Not that there won't be new laws but this one passed a couple months ago before covid19. The Governer is just now signing it.
