Everything Under the Sun -- an excellent resource

Wendy DeWitt's pdf

This is such a great reference for food storage by Wendy DeWitt... everything from how to can meats, to long term food storage rotation, long-term substitutes for recipes, menu planning, etc. etc.

She also has a blog with great information (some duplication of the pdf... but lots more, too)

That is one of the most impressive well written works on food storage I have seen. I am sure I will be referencing this often.

Great video! As a non-mormon, it was interesting hearing some of the theology.  The tips were incredible though!
