The recipe is right on the mark for everything. Moisture, temp and cook time were perfect and produced the perfect combination of a bit of crispy outside and soft, fluffy inside.

All of the ingredients came right off our pantry shelves and the butter from the freezer.
Simply wonderful and wonderfully simple.

The part of the recipe that we found did not work at all is the very last instruction to "Allow to cool before serving"
We were not able to follow that direction, but are definitely not sorry for it.
We served them up with Rooibos Tea and some fresh fruit.
Our daughter declared it her new favorite breakfast.

Thanks for the great recipe putting pantry items to use for beautiful, comforting food.
