Coinbase link from TSP

Anyone know why the coinbase link isn't working?  Tried to set up an account through the TSP link a few times over the last week on different computers and the create account button will not work.  My password got the green circle so assuming password strength isn't the issue.  Any help greatly appreciated.

0ver 120 views and nobody has any idea?  Guess it's time to use a different path to purchase bitcoin.

Sounds like a problem at Coinbase's website.  I can't test it without creating an account, which I don't want to do.  I assume you checkmarked the "I certify..." box?
