That's pretty cool. Though loading a paper towel roll might be a little tough depending on how tightly everything is fit together and depending on how much weight is hanging by the hooks.

What about a way to hang a "camp shower" bag above the sink so you'd have warm "running" water for dishes and food prep?  That's what we did in our tent in Bosnia back in '96.

This is a good idea.    I also have wanted to try this shower kit by Synergy Manufactoring, but it is expensive.   I think it would team up w/ this camp kitchen setup nicely, if you can figure out a way to plumb it up.

We just use the spit bath method (wipes and/or a bucket of hot water and a wash cloth).  It's makes you very appreciative for a good hot shower when you can get one.

That looks pretty good.
As for the paper towels, you could hang an actual hold rod from that pole.
I think it would break down into a tote if you chose the longer totes that slide under the bed.
