Sounds like this could be a good time!

Iowa Gun Owners’ 2010 Freedom Rally — June 19, 2010
Date: Saturday June 19, 2010

Time:  1:00pm until approximately 7:00pm

Location:   Pine Ridge Campground, Steamboat Rock, IA

Key-Note Speaker:  Tom Moore Washington representative for Fabrique Nationale Herstal (FNH.)  See resume details on back.

The board of directors of Iowa Gun Owners would like to invite you to our annual Freedom Rally.  This will be a wonderful time to come out and meet some of the board members and director of Iowa Gun Owners and take part in a fantastic afternoon program where we celebrate our 2nd Amendment rights!

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, June 19 at the beautiful 300 acre Pine Ridge Campground in Steamboat Rock, IA. (Directions Below.)

Starting at 1:00pm we will be hosting an open range time where you can shoot your own weapons or those that are provided on the park firing range. During this time, we will have firearms instructors on site to help teach newer shooters how to safely and effectively handle firearms of all makes and models.

There will be room here for the newest shooter or for one who’s been enjoying his/her 2nd Amendment rights for decades!  (Want to buy a new gun? This may be a chance to come and test one out!)

Our BBQ grills will start at 4:30pm and we will begin serving at 5:00pm.  You are invited to attend.  This will be followed at 6:00pm by our keynote speaker, and trust us, you won’t want to miss Tom Moore’s presentation regarding attacks on our gun rights – from right here in Iowa all the way up to the United Nations’ proposed Small Arms Treaty and what you can do to help stop it.

We also have an array of solidly pro-gun members from the Iowa House and Senate who have already confirmed they will be present and you will have the opportunity to hear, first hand, how effective your support of Iowa Gun Owners has been in the 2nd Amendment fight here in Iowa.

In addition, several candidates for the House and Senate have also made plans to attend this event, giving you a chance to ask the tough questions to those candidates that want to represent you in Des Moines next January.
