First job I had when I moved to NH was up at a paper mill in Woodland. It's absolutely beautiful. Stayed the night in Bangor, didn't see much. No cell signal most of the way up there and back. I would love to have a few acres up there and build a cabin.. one day

Bangor seems not bad. I just canoed the sebois river about an hour north of there. Certainly an affordable area. My camp is an hour or more west of there but I live near Boston
