Houston Area - Grass Fed Beef?

We are in northwest Houston (towards Tomball). After we got a chest freezer we started considering purchasing a quarter or half cow to get quality meat at a discount. The only problem is that the only "good" butchers we have found around here can't guarantee where the cow came from or how it was fed/raised. Does anyone have a good source for bulk purchasing? The closest I have found so far is Star Haven Farms outside of Bryan.
