Material has been added to address new developments in attacks of this kind. Book is available in print and Kindle format on Amazon now. Frankly, I think I'm the only author that is committed to updating what they write as information becomes available and/or things change about the subject. It's not as doable as I want it to be given my primary commitment to production of material but I will continue to try and revise everything as it seems needed in the future.
