I am on country water and it taste pretty much like crap and it's also considered hard water. I have had a water softener before and I didn't like the taste. Will a Berkey fix this problem? I tried a Brita and it didn't.

We have seen that if you run the Black Berkey Elements with the PF2 Fluoride Filters, it lessened the strong mineral taste for us. Ultimatly, the Berkey Systems do not remove minerals.

Collect rain water and filter it with the Berkey filter.
