"Firearms for TEOTWAWKI"-(PDF Book Under Construction)
whatzhizname:
In addition to the August 2 fill-in TSP episode I recorded for during Jack's vacation, I've also started my own podcast on Survival/Preparedness topics (including firearms). It can be found here: http://chipmonk.podbean.com/
Two episodes relating to the content of this book (ie. firearms) are: http://chipmonk.podbean.com/2010/08/01/mini-episode-5-the-sks-carbine-a-survival-bargain/ and http://chipmonk.podbean.com/2010/08/01/mini-episode-1-lever-actions-rifles-for-survival/
Check them out if you get a chance! :)

Cool. I still thank you for the Firearms for TEOTWAWKI thread and all the work you did. It's very helpful to lots of people.
Diablo:
For SHTF / TEOTWAWKI you may want to consider adding a .50 Beowulf to your arsenal.
Great stopping power at a reasonable price!

I'm not terribly familiar with .50 Beowulf but will check it out. Am I correct in thinking that there's been an AR platform rifle chambered in that caliber?
:)
