I am looking for some and about 1-5 acres..I'd like a place near a state park or the mountains where I can have  some chickens,sheep and other livestock..
looking for price no more then $40,000 total.

What section of TN are you looking at? I've been looking in the Cumberland Plateau area and then north into Kentucky. In your price range, you should find something in those areas.
