Getting back into Kombucha

I used to make kombucha but the passion faded as it was a hassle dealing with a glass jar and my brewing supplies to bottle... yuck. Then while at the homebrewing store I saw...

A stainless steel fermenter with a tap so I can bottle right from there and refill with sweet tea and only rarely cut back the scoby. [Brewers... Yes, I do live 20 minutes from Midwest Homebrew Supplies and it is awesome. You should be jealous.]

So I'm trying my second go at this. Maybe the streamlined process will make for an easier product. I do love kombucha. More to come.
