SQA Ballistic shield question

I used the link from the SQA sponsor, and there is really very little information given on the shield.  For instance, I couldn't find a price, what type of material it is made from, weight, method of attachment, etc.

 Has anyone here bought one of these or know more about them?  Seems like it would be a decent addition for my BOV, but would really like to know more.
