I just added a new video on making fish/clam chowder. You actually would call this a Rhode Island Style Chowder, a lot like a New England but thinner and lighter hence faster to make and a lot nicer to eat in warm weather.
Any questions about it or variations there of just let me know. Oh and I did not get a great shot of it in the bowel, I did freeze half of it and when I take it out and heat it up I will do a nice still photo and post it for you guy here.
We are working on getting better with the camera and angles, lighting, etc.
