I found the cells that this guy used on Ebay for a really good price. He used 36 for us panel.  I found 100 cells for $245!  Also make sure they are TABBED!  This makes it easier for you to solder the wires to the cells. 

I may be making a couple panels in a few weeks.  If I do, I'll post how-to's, but I think the link I posted was pretty good and clear.

That's about the easiest how-to on solar panels I've ever seen.  I'm semi-convinced that even I could make one & I'm fired up to try it.  Thanks!
