What happens when you become a member of the MSB?

Hi all and thanks for reading this.

I sent in my form and money order about 2.5 weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet about the MSB etc.

I did send it from Canada so that may be where the delay is.

Please advise if an email or PM goes to you as a welcome.
