Embedding videos

I would like very much to be able to embed videos into our posts on the forums. It would be especially helpful in the How To section.

It would also encourage people to watch the videos if they're in-line with the post.  Links require more work and more effort on the part of the reader.

Maybe Jack can upload that when he gets a chance. I don't have access to download that from what i can tell.
Video embedding would be awesome.
