A different preparedness goal met!
Greekman:
It seems I have reached a quite significant goal in preparedness, one that is not generally considered.
I call it the "Do not have to buy anything for a year" goal.
Indeed, I think I have reached the point that I do not have to buy anything, especially consumables , other than fresh food.
No foreseeable need for batteries, no need maintenance consumables (glues, nails etc), no need clothes, no need for coffee, etc etc...
I guess that many of you might have already been there, and it is an easy goal for a dedicated prepper/survivalist to get, nevertheless if can be considered a method.
And BTW I did this gradually without diving into my pockets. I mainly used my "2 Euro Each Time method"

Nice! Congrats.
LvsChant:
That's fantastic, Greekman. Congratulations!
FreeLancer:
Well done!

Way to go Greekman.
Can you elaborate on your "2 Euro Each Time method" please? Is it putting aside 2 euros every time you go to the store, or every pay day, or each time you swear, or what?
