So southwest of St. Louis.

Hilly, beautiful country there.

For the cost of 3 containers, you can get a used RV and a sawmill.  Live in the RV, mill lumber to build a cabin, house, barn, etc.

For the cost of 5 containers, you can have a decent used mobile home sited and set up.

Just thoughts to consider.  I'm an hour east of KC.
