It would've been nice had they mounted the camera on the bow of the canoe forwards, not too interesting to watch the facial expressions of the canoeist.

Here is another video of that river with a better camera angle

This is the noire river in Quebec. I canoed this river in 1999 and covered 130 miles of river in 6 days or so

Here is a guy who hit a strainer as this river is too narrow to canoe safely and he damaged his boat:

This is a short video of me running a rapid on the Canadian border a few years ago

Nice canoeing, Surf.

Thanks, that is one of the only bigger rapids on the Saint Croix river which is very wild. It has many other rapids and campsites with fire pits and picnic tables even though it is fairly remote. On Labor day weekend the river is pretty crowded. I helped rescue a canoe once at the end of rapid which was college kids from Canada drinking and canoeing which happens a lot in that area and especially around labor day.

If that's like a mini-barbecue watch out, there have been camper deaths from the fumes barbs give off even when they've been switched off.
The campers brought them into the tent at night for safekeeping and were choked by the invisible fumes.

I'm not sure what a mini-barb-Q is?
The folding grill has no switches, when the coals are out it folds up and goes into a canvas pouch and stays outside.
As for taking food or appliances into the tent, as you warn, don't ever do that.
The only fumes around our campsite are from digested beans and are not pleasant to inhale, but are not harmful.
