If you are looking for some good deal I would suggest

I was able to pick up some used (but in excellent condition) 90w panels for about 241.00 each ( I got 5 of them ) Those usually sell in the 600-750 range per panel.

They are much more effecient that the ones you are talking about and are MUCH more durable when it comes to the elements ( I know because I have some of the panels that are in that kit you have a link to)

The answer to, what you could power with the original posts "solar deal"....  The short answer is not much.  A 60 watt solar panel will typically produce about 3 amps during the peak sunlight period (9AM until 3 PM), less before and after that period. 

I will break it into two parts.....

The four 15 watt panels (60 watts total) in this package could produce something between (15-18 amp hours), or in watts 300 to 360 watts per day, maximum (with clear sunny skies and cool daytime temperatures etc...).  It would be useful to think that it might produce enough to power a 60 watt bulb for  5-6 hours each night.

The smallest deep cycle battery bank might be (for example) two golf car batteries (6 volts at 220 AH) wired in series to make 12 volts.  If you like to think in watts, that would give you about 1200 watts, to  the 50 percent SOC (state of charge) level .   Typically you do not want to discharge the battery more that 50 percent for long battery life. It would take this package roughly a week to recharge the example battery pack from 50 percent discharge.
