Hunting on the west coast of British Columbia

Hey guys, trying to learn to hunt here on Vancouver Island BC, got my gun license / Hunting course + Rifle, but lack people willing to teach me the ropes (likely because they want their good spots kept to them selves).

anyone out this way need a buddy? or even any other green hunters?

Hi there. Have you seen the hunting bc forum? Check that place out. I am on VI, in the Comox Valley. It is tough being a new hunter, I suggest just getting out there and putting the time in. Getting permission to hunt private land is also a wise move.
