Disposable camera batteries

(1/1)

SouthernLiving:
For those of us that haven't made the jump to digital cameras and have a few disposable 35mm's laying around:

Most people turn in the entire camera for processing.  Instead, before you turn it in you can salvage a AA battery from the case.  Simply make sure the film is completely used, then pry the case open and pop out the battery and film housing.

The film is in the same plastic shell it would be in if you used a regular 35mm camera so there is no damage due to exposure.

Have fun!
