My wiring needs to be tidied up, and the contents of the cart made secure and more weather resistant.
Otherwise this was a worthy project.

At the core of the system are two Optima "Yellow Top" deep cycle batteries.  Those power a Xantrex inverter.  The PV panel likely will send 5-7 amps on a sunny day, so it would take a couple days to recharge from 11.0 volts. I live in Seattle.  People in sunnier climates will have better success.

I have the output from my solar charge controller terminated with 12awg and powerpoles.  Even theoretically I'll never get more than 10 amps, so that's plenty.  For my smaller field batteries that I use for radio work, they all have powerpoles, so in a pinch I can solar charge them.

If I had the weight of those batteries in gold, you, me and the rest of this thread could retire.  That stroller is designed for two toddlers, not a linebacker.
