Maybe we need to just give them more money. Sooner or later they'll get enough so that investing their welfare money in this country makes sense.

Isn't the point of our government giving our money to a domestic corporation so they can keep it afloat and have them spend the money HERE where it will help out the economy HERE?

The actual point of the auto bailout was to turn it into a time bomb that would explode once Bush was far away and Obama was in the white house.  Their bailout required that they prove they were viable businesses in 90 days or be forced into bankruptcy proceedings...which was pretty much an impossible task and why Ford said "bite me" to that deal.  If they need to put money into Brazil to present a case that they are viable...then that is what they must do.  If they had to send that money to the moon to make a convincing business case they would have done that as well.
