Interesting video floated my way about issues (primarily with brass) on the 6.5
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KDrLsnt2MMSeems the headspace is off on some and there is inconsistent quality (like annealed vs not) in different loads.
Seems there are 2 cults on the internet: Either the 6.5 is the second coming or it's a hunk of junk. I can say mine has no problem tossing Federal Gold Medal 140 grain Sierra Matchking down range. In fact I am the weak point in that setup.
There's a lot of competition in this size group with the 6.5, 7mm-08, .260, and .243 standing out. I have a few different loads in 6.5 and my caliper says they're all the same. But there could be a bad batch out there. Curious if anyone has found this.
