Very nicely made. I make wooden scabbards for some of the replicas I make. Of course I only use a chisel to keep it authentic, but I bet the router you used makes a much quicker job. You may also consider one of the old techniques I do - the inside of the scabbard is covered with linen fabric, soaked with oil or tallow. Keeps the blade lubed. This requires a scabbard that can be taken apart to re-grease the lining. This is how the Slavs and sometimes also Vikings kept their blades nice and shiny.
