water containers

 I ordered 2 of the nalgene 1 gallon containers through amazon but only one arrived. I looked up the 3rd party supplier and called a number I found but no one answers .. I sent them an email through amazon. It's wrapped in a plastic type material so I never opened the package in came in .. If they don't respond I don't know if I should try to return it or if I do that I have to pay the postage .. It just arrived yesterday so I can give it some time
