I'm a Louisiana wanna be if that helps. I lived down there in Gonzales for 7 years. I graduated high school down there, then left in 94. Back in GA since then, but man I miss it. Can't talk my wife into moving down there.

i didn't! it was one i had up there, and it keeps changing back to it. no matter how many times i try and put back up the "Gustav head lamp" pic (a gift from my dad so i could change diapers in the dark), "they" change it back to this pic of my daughter in the broccoli patch. I just gave up. it's a conspiracy!!!!!!!!!!!!

that's weird. you're daughter is precious though. maybe they just like her in the broccoli patch? and the Gustav head lamp is pretty beast. i thought you were a coal miner.

LOL! I'm originally from Louisiana and grew up in Denham Springs. Graduated from LSU in 2001 and been out here in Houston ever since. I miss home, but unfortunately no decent jobs in my field in Louisiana.

As for the Cajun question, I'm technically 1/4 Cajun.

Well I have been busy with my daughter's wedding - now it is over I can get on with other things. I have to find a new job - lost mine because of the economy. I was in media, working for a television station running cameras, doing production and promotion.
I need to start focusing on my preps again. I have faithfully been listening to the show everyday. Keep hearing different things about the next hurricane season. I hope we don't have to leave again!
