Pretty amazing raising $1 Million in about a day.  This is breaking speed records on early equity crowdfunding. He could have raised 10X this via future equity agreements.  But at this level he is retaining 85% of control.

Wow, great job Tim!  I watch some of his YouTube vids.  His analysis of media is fantastic.
