We have a great supplement that we put together several years ago called Brain Circulation. It contains ginkgo, rosemary, cayenne, gotu kola, kola nut and calamus. It is a great afternoon pick me up when hypoglycemia may be kicking in after lunch. It is also used to improve memory. I recommend the Brain Circulation in the tincture but it is a little spice (cayenne), so some people prefer the capsules.
