Then they did it again and I got some. 4 cases

Not sure about origional poster, but i have amazon price monitoring set up for all my staple and prospective preps.  I use www.camelcamelcamel.com (http://www.camelcamelcamel.com).  It shows you the price general range, whst constitutes o "good deal" and the historic low.  It has saved me literally thousands over time.

Lids are back again. Same seller, same screwup. List 36 boxes of 12 lids, and you get 3 boxes of 12 lids.
So amazon gave me a full refund, and got to keep the lids.
CS said to reorder and maybe it will be correct this time. We'll see

Google Menard's on their closeouts. They have Ball and Empire lids. I've caught sales on the Empire lids for .60 box

Might not be cost effective for me. I didn't see anything about free shipping even if you spend a certain amount. Of course there are no Menards stores within 7 or 8 hundred miles of me.

I've been watching Walmart's price on Kerr flats at a local WM, only a couple miles away. The price got very good 50+cents less than Ball. Went to the store the next day and the price was the same as Ball, over $2 per box. Looked around the internet and bought from Menards. Paid more per box and shipping but ended up very close to what I would have paid in WM. Now I see WM's online price is very good again and the in store price is still way high, unusual for this item in my experience. I may bite the bullet and order but they do not deliver, store pick up only. That in itself isn't a problem for me but my experience with store pick up at that store has never been happy.

As for Empire flats it seems Amazon is the only place that sells them. The buy links on the Empire website send you to Amazon. Prices have been high.
